END USER SUPPORT
ADOC’s end-user support presents the technical assistance for sophisticated medical devices and equipment we distribute.
The support for Roche Diagnostics lab systems is provided constantly, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our certified and trained field service engineers define installation technical requirements as per user needs, perform the installation of instruments and provide technical instructions to users. However, one of the major aspects of our post-sales support is providing regular maintenance service, as per manufacturer’s recommendations, which prolongs the useful life of instruments and contributes to their reliability. Finally, our engineers are at user’s immediate disposal in case of any failure or malfunction of the instrument.
The users of Accu-Chek meters may rely on assistance at our customer center. The users may get there all the instructions and recommendations for the safe and proper use of glucometers from the qualified staff. The technical support includes the calibration and check of correct functioning of meters and their repairor replacement with new meter.
